We were in dire need of a painter because our house was just falling apart on the exterior and the paint was just so old that it needed to have a new coat done to it as soon as possible. After looking online, we found out about  AM 1 Construction  after doing some research about the company, my husband and I gave them a call and Antonis, the owner, met with us the following week. We got straight to the point and he told us exactly what needed to be done, how much time it will take, and the cost of the job. Not only did AM 1 finish earlier than scheduled, but the quality of the job was amazing and the price was affordable for both my husband and I. Our house looked fantastic after a brand new paint job.  AM 1 General Contractor has earned our trust and I think other people should too !

I have a condo on the third floor and I was looking to install soundproof panels underneath the floor so my second floor neighbors children wouldn't be heard. After looking online, I found  AM 1 Construction  and based on their reviews, I decided to give them a chance and so I went ahead and called them Antonis, the owner of the company. Antonis showed up a couple of days later. He was very reasonable with the pricing, he explained the procedure very clearly and he was a very honest man and he kept his word. After we closed the deal, he went ahead and took out the hardwood floor, the sub floor underneath and he put insulation and acoustic board and he put new sub floors, and brand new red oak hardwood flooring. Four windows were also replaced. All of this work was being done with extreme caution since we were still living inside our apartment during renovation. He completed the work section by section and moving furniture left and right. The work came out looking amazing and were very happy with the results because not only did it look professionally done, but the noise was also cut by 80% just like he stated in the beginning and no damage was done to our furniture during the moving process. I am VERY pleased with his work and I HIGHLY recommend his work to anybody with a project in mind. Thank you !

He was very responsive, mobilized resources quickly, was a great communicator, and oversaw quality work for the remodeling of our den. I am very pleased with the final product and the way that the process was managed. Antonis is an amazing general contractor. He provided us with a fair estimate at the beginning of the project and kept within the budget for the entirety of the job. Antonis’s estimate was very detailed and thorough, allowing us to understand exactly what we were paying for the work he was performing. WHen it came to e-mails, he was very responsive along with phone calls. He showed up when he said he would and completed the project well within the time he stated in the beginning. Antonis’s craftsmanship is outstanding. We had never done a home renovation project before so we relied heavily on Antonis advice, and his advice was uniformly great and understanding.
